Ascent to Lascar Volcano
Lascar Volcano is the only active volcano in the Atacama mountain chain, adding also the only sunrise in Laguna Lejía. Accompanied by a high mountain guide with professional equipment, the ascent lasts approximately 3 hours to the active crater and 2 hours to descend.

    Respect an acclimatization time of at least 48 hours in San Pedro before going on the tour.
